MetaFit is a platform integrating custom 3D web technologies, AI generative fitness programs (powered by Google Gemini), and Google Fit data aggregation to visualize and suggest physical training routines.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with:

Google API Services: By linking your Google Fit account to MetaFit, you explicitly authorize MetaFit to sync data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Google Gemini: Our AI coach relies on generative AI tools. While we strive to provide safe training plans, fitness can be risky. You agree that all plans are informational and you use them at your own risk. Consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before beginning any physical training.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to consult with a medical professional prior to commencing any physical exercise program generated or recommended by our AI coach. You assume full risk for any injuries or damages resulting from actions taken based on our recommendations.

5. Premium Accounts and Subscriptions (Payment)

Access to advanced AI features may require payment via supported gateways (e.g., Razorpay, UPI). Payments are processed securely, non-refundable (except where required by law), and grant access precisely as described during the checkout process.

6. Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your access to MetaFit immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the Effective Date.
